The right inkjet paper for an important document?
I have an Epson CX4600 printer, and for this job I'm willing to spend whatever to make it look the best. I was going to go with Epson paper since it's best designed for their own inks... though which?
It's mostly text, so I don't want a photographic feel - just really good, thick, white, non-glossy paper that produces razor-sharp text. On the other hand, I don't want fancy colored or "fabric" papers, I think that'll come across as trying to hard to impress.
Epson offers mostly photo papers and "presentation papers", but aren't those quite the same? What's the difference between the Presentation Paper, Premium Presentation Paper, and Ultra Premium Presentation Paper?...
I can just take the thing to a graphic shop, but with a graphic design background, I think I can handle it myself, if I find the right media...

check out Great White (brand) Imaging & Photo paper / 37# - 92 brightness - Matte Finish. I use it for printing CD case labels and cover pages. It is not 'photo paper' as such, just a high quality presentation paper. I get mine at Staples.
